From zero to a running server

1. 01 Install CfxKit Download for Windows, sign in, and let the auto-updater handle the rest.
2. 02 Create or import Point CfxKit at a fresh folder or a server you already run.
3. 03 Run the wizard Framework presets, recipes, and a server.cfg that already works.
